OSTEMER 220 Litho
OSTEMER 220 Litho is developed specifically for photolithographic definition, but can also be shaped using molds. Compared to most other OSTEMERS (eg. 322 and 324), OSTEMER 220 does not contain any epoxy and is therefore a one-stage cure polymer (UV cure only). After full cure the surface still exhibits thiol groups that can be used for covalent grafting of surface modifications after micromanufacturing. Note that the resin is liquid during exposure. For easy removal of the photomask, it is recommend to either using a flexible plastic mask, or using a flexible bottom substrate, so that one of the sides can be peeled off.
